We are situated in the central Highlands by the historic village of Carrbridge - directly opposite the Golf Course

Dalrachney Lodge is on the A938, Carrbridge is signed off the main A9 trunk route (Perth to Inverness) about 23 miles south of Inverness.

We have a 250m frontage with two driveways well signed off the main A938 and floodlit at night.

By Car - North or South bound access follow signs off A9. Otherwise from West access A938 via Grantown-on-Spey

By Rail - All Intercity trains terminate at Inverness 23 miles from us where it is possible to rent cars. Your train should stop at AVIEMORE but check that it does. Get off there and take a taxi the 5 ml to Dalrachney. A few trains stop at Carrbridge but there are no taxis there and the unmanned station is over a mile distant

By Scheduled Air - Inverness airport if possible (taxis or rental car) otherwise Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen. Private aircraft are handled at Inverness. For details of any UK airport just Goooogle airport name.

Helicopter - Lat/long, UTM and OS grid coordinates are given below the map. Approach with true heading 270 with river on your left side. Tall tree hazard all round also 25ft local electric wires but no main trunk distribution pylons/wires in near vicinity. Land on grass behind Lodge (largest building) This is a hard grassed area - never waterlogged. Inverness ATC will advise on Commercial air lanes also we appear to be on or near Military Low Flying routes.
